Privacy Policy

Project Support Team, Inc. (P/S/T) is a Sweepstakes, Games and Contest administration agency. On behalf of its clients (promotion sponsors), P/S/T may collect personally identifiable information in association with the administration of various promotional programs. The personally identifiable information collected by P/S/T is solely for the use of the promotion's Sponsor and the operation of the Promotion. P/S/T does not use any of the data collected, other than to notify potential winners and for prize fulfillment purposes associated with a promotion. The personally identifiable data collected is never shared and belongs solely to the Sponsor of the promotion and will be used in accordance with the applicable Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. An individual's desire to "opt-out" of receiving marketing or other information from a promotion sponsor will be handled in accordance with a particular Sponsor's privacy policy.

P/S/T may use cookies to limit participants ability to enter a promotion more times than permitted by the Official Rules. Participants can set their browser to accept all, some or no cookies. If a browser is set to reject all cookies, participant may be limited to participate in a particular promotion.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"): Some promotions administered by P/S/T on behalf of its clients collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In such instances, P/S/T and its clients comply with all aspects of the COPPA guidelines in the collection of information and its use. No personally identifiable information will be collected from children under the age of 13 without parental consent in compliance with the COPPA guidelines.
